Marshall County Police Reports March 21-24

Tyler Falder, age 33 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Marshall District Court for failure to appear in court.

Jesse Henson, age 41 of Benton KY, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no tail lights, one headlight, failure to produce insurance card and rear license plate not illuminated.

Michael Phillips, age 37 of Mayfield KY, was arrested on a bench warrant that was issued out of Graves District Court for Sodomy 1st degree, Sodomy 3rd degree, Incest-victim under 12 or serious physical injury, incest-victim under 18. This warrant was obtained due to an investigation by the Ky State Police.

Matthew Towns, age 43 of Golconda IL was arrested on an indictment warrant issued out of Marshall County Circuit court for Theft by unlawful taking (Auto), Receiving stolen property. Mr. Towns was also served another indictment warrant issued out of Marshall Circuit Court for Receiving stolen property.

Amanda Skelton, age 40 of Benton KY, was arrested and served a warrant issued out of Marshall County for Failure to appear. Skelton was also served two bench warrants from Calloway County for Failure to appear.

Howard Langston, age 62 of Gilbertsville KY, was arrested and charged with fleeing or evading police 2nd degree. Mr. Langston was also arrested on two warrants out of Muhlenberg County KY. The warrants were for Contempt of court (failure to pay).

Natasha Mize, age 29 of Benton KY, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Calloway Circuit Court for the charge of probation violation.

Be cautious if you travel overnight, with all the rain several creeks have left their banks creating hazardous water over road conditions. Emergency responders have been dispatched to multiple cars in water calls. On dark roads the water appears before you realize it. Slow down and get there safely
