Robert Owen, age 49 of Paducah KY, was charged with improper equipment, driving on a dui suspended license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Shepler, age 51 of Brookport IL, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Marshall District Court on charges requested by Marshall County Sheriff’s Office for Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Shepler, age 51 of Brookport IL, was arrested on a warrant issued from Marshall District Court. The warrant was requested and issued due to an investigation conducted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. It was determined that Mr. Shepler stole the identity of another by claiming to be someone else and charging numerous items at a local business. Shepler was arrested and charged with Forgery 2nd degree and Theft of identity of another.
Shepler was lodged in the Herman Ford Detention Center.

Tad Warford, age 55 of Benton KY, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense.
Cherie Belt, age 48 of Benton KY, was charged with Possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, Possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help on identifying the owner or user of the following pickup truck for suspected of stealing packages from a residence on Scale Road. The pickup truck is a gray standard cab 2wd GMC Sierra with a dark maroon topper. The pickup model is between the years 1999 – 2002.
