Mr. Harold Dean Kelly passed away March 3rd, 2023 at his home. Harold was born on November 3rd, 1935 in Oakton, Ky. To Ernest and Ione Williams Kelly. Harold “Doomer” Kelly retired from Westvaco in 1998 after 24 years of service. He also served 20 years at Ford Motor Co. Before moving back to Ky. Harold was also a US Army veteran. Harold is survived by his wife of nearly 62 years, Lila Margaret Wade Kelly; three children, Lisa (Ricky) DeWeese of Clinton, Ky., Ken (Scarlett) Kelly of Independence, Mo., and Ashton (Laural) Kelly of Blue Springs, Mo.; eight grandchildren, Erica (Zack) McCoy of Kirksey, Ky., Deke (Kayla) DeWeese of Clinton, Ky., Amber Hopkins of Olathe, KS., Autumn Kelly Haley of Independence, Mo., Jade Kelly of Blue Springs, Mo., Ashton (Laural) Kelly of Blue Springs, Mo., Ondrea Clapp of Water Valley, Ky., and April Kelly of Paducah, Ky.; fourteen great grandchildren, Emma, Evie, Kasen, Eli, Parker, Blair, Briella, Suzy, Brent, Crew, Allison, Sean, Aria, and Bradley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Maxey and Ione Marie Williams Kelly. The family will gather to remember Harold on March 11th, 2023 at the Senior Citizens Center in Clinton, Ky.
