On March 02, 2023, at about 2:26 am a deputy with the McCracken County Sheriff Department conducted a traffic stop in the Lone Oak Community. The driver of the vehicle was a male subject was identified as 28-year-old Jedidiah S. Skinner of Smithland, KY. During the investigation K9 Vegas was deployed and indicated to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. There was approximately 4.3 grams of methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia located inside the vehicle. Skinner was arrested and lodged in the McCracken Regional Jail. Skinner’s charges include:
- Failure to or Improper Signal
- Possession of Controlled Substance 1st degree 1st offence (firearm enhanced)
- Drug Paraphernalia
