On February 15 2023 at approximately 2:55 PM, Deputy Tyler Crane responded to a vehicle collision near the 5000 block of KY 80 West with reported injuries.
The investigation of this collision showed that Keith Hobbs, 60 of Mayfield, was travelling west on KY 80, while a minivan being operated by Jinny Wilson, 42 of Mayfield, was travelling east. It appears Wilson’s vehicle drifted into the oncoming lane of travel. Hobbs was operating a semi-truck hauling fuel and was able to partially leave the roadway, but still made contact with Wilson.
Wilson’s vehicle suffered significant damage during the collision. Wilson was injured as a result of the crash and was transported to a local hospital by Mayfield / Graves County EMS.
