Patricia Ann Bastida, 86, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah.
Patricia Ann, formerly of Sauk Village, Illinois, was born in Corinth, Mississippi on March 17, 1936 to the late John Jerome Cashon and Edna Pearl Hayes Snow. She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Patricia worked in the motel industry as a night auditor, and was a member of the Civil Defense in Sauk Village. She was an avid reader, loved flowers and animals, especially her cat. She will be remembered by her family as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Ms. Bastida is survived by three sons, John Anthony Bastida (Barbara) of Hickory, KY, Theodore Mike Bastida (Shanda) of Paducah, and Martin Phillip Bastida (Janice) of Paducah; one daughter, Theresa Marie Carroll (James) of Calvert City, Ky; one sister, Anita Jones of Owensboro, Ky; one brother, Claude Cashon of Lone Oak; eight grandchildren, Amber Carroll, Aaron Carroll, Austin Carroll, Nick Carroll, Nate Carroll, Cody Bastida, Noah Bastida, Ian Bastida; three great grandchildren, Wyatt Keeling, Warren Keeling, Alexia Carroll; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Carolyn Freeman and Becky McDaniel; one brother John Cashon, Jr. and former husband, Theodore Edwin Bastida.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremations Services of Paducah with Reverend Gary Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service time of 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2023 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
