Geneva Washburn, 82 of Benton, Kentucky died on Friday, January 20, 2023, at Calvert City Convalescent Center in Calvert City, KY.
Born Friday, March 8, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Edwards and the late Hattie (Darnall) Edwards.
She was the activities director at Calvert City Convalescent Center and a member of Christian Fellowship Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Gina Muller husband Michael of Benton, KY; and granddaughters, Rebekah Quarles husband Austin of Paducah, KY and Sarah Muller of Benton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Washburn; parents; brothers, Charles Edwards, Avery Edwards, James Edwards; and sister, Julia Edwards.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Collier Funeral Home, located at 211 West 5th st., Benton, KY 42025 with the Rev. Richie Clendenen officiating.
Interment will follow in Provine Cemetery, Benton, KY.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at Collier Funeral Home.
