Gladis Marie McFarland Angle, 90, of Gilbertsville passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at her residence.
Gladis was born on May 12, 1932 in Calvert City, Kentucky to the late “BF” and Floy Mae Stevenson McFarland. She was a Marshall County native and attended Maple Hill Church of Christ faithfully. Gladis had a very loving and nurturing heart. Over the years, she enjoyed opening up her home to a countless number of children that she would babysit and care for. More than anything else, Gladis loved all of her family and the time she got to spend with all of them.
She leaves behind one daughter, Kim Rogers (Tom) of Luling, Louisiana; one son, Charles Ray Angle of Gilbertsville; two sisters, Margaret Dotson and Betty Winters, both of Reidland; six grandchildren; and several great and great great grandchildren.
Gladis was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Leon Angle; one daughter, Carolyn Marie Dunn; one grandson, Patrick Angle; one sister, Mildred Thorn; two brothers, Fred Mcfarland and Kenneth Mcfarland; and her parents.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home of Milner & Orr with David Lemmons officiating. Burial will follow at Salyers Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, December, 29, 2022 Filbeck-Cann Funeral Home.
