When using your computer or smart phone, you should always be alert to potential scammers. Those who try to steal your passwords or your identify. CFSB Information Security Officer Taylor Hicks joined us recently on WCBL’s Coffee Call program. Hicks says to watch out for phishing emails or phone calls from someone who claims to be someone they’re not. And he says if you suspect your banking information might have been comprised to contact your financial institution immediately.
