Jeffrey Lynn Williams, age 58, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022.
Mr. Williams was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on December 12, 1963. He served in the United States Navy and was later a Transporter and then Surgical Tech at Lourdes Hospital. Jeff attended Equip Church and he had a deep relationship with his Savior Jesus Christ and talked often of the glorious day when he would get to worship at His feet. He was an avid UK Basketball and Football fan and his passions included listening to music and fishing. But what brought him the most joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren. Jeff will be remembered for his kindness and how it uplifted others, how he would help anyone in need and as someone who always wore his heart on his sleeve.
Jeff is survived by two daughters, Tammy Futrell (Kevin) of Symsonia and Amber Porter (Justin) of Metropolis, Iliinois; one son, Matthew Williams of Sikeston, Missouri; one brother, Larry Michael Williams of Paducah; and seven grandchildren, Braden Porter, Elijah Vann, Joseph Porter, Emma-Kate Futrell, Ellie Futrell, Lillian Porter and Logan Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Doris Stockman.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
