James Ray “Tommy” Thompson, Jr., age 64, of Gilbertsville, KY passed away, Monday, November 2022 at TriStar Southern Hills Hospital in Nashville, TN.
Tommy was the Key Account Manager and Crop Protection Manager for Weakly County Farmers Co-Op.
He was also the Key Account Manager at River Valley Ag.
Born June 2, 1958, He was the son of the late James R. Thompson and the late Sylvia A. (Alexander) Thompson.
He is survived by his wife, Sheri (Hart) Thompson of Gilbertsville, KY; son, Brandon Thompson of KY; daughter Leanndra Barrow husband Logan of Benton, KY; sisters, Lisa Farris husband Mike of Jackson, TN, Mona Clapp husband Stanley of Mayfield, KY, Marla Maurer of Grayville, IL; grandson, Corbin Barrow; bonus children, Daniel Bailey of Lexington, KY, Kinsey Bailey Barkley husband Josh Longmont, CO; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Ralphs Harborview Bar & Grill between the hours of 6:00 PM and
9:00 PM on Friday, December 2, 2022. The family request that everyone please tell what stories and memories they have of Tommy during this time of celebrating his life.
