Traffic Stop Leads to the Arrest of Two Paducah Men

On October 30th, 2022, at approximately 7:00pm, a Deputy with the
McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Oaks Rd.
The vehicle was a 2004 Ford SUV driven by 38-year-old Bo M. Browning
and occupied by 45-year-old Bill B. Browning, both of Paducah, KY.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Bo M. Browning was
operating on a suspended or revoked license and is prohibited from
operating a motor vehicle on a roadway.

Through further investigation, it was discovered that the passenger,
Bill B. Browning, was in possession of a quantity of Crystal
Methamphetamine, a quantity of marijuana, and other items related to
Drug Paraphernalia. Bill B. Browning was also found to be in
possession of a loaded firearm during this investigation.

Bo M. Browning and Bill B. Browning were both arrested and
transported to the McCracken County Regional Jail where they were
lodged.

Arrested: Bo M. Browning, 38 of Paducah, KY

Charges:

* No Tail Lamps
* Failure to Notify D.O.T. of Address Change
* Operating on Suspended or Revoked License

Arrested: Bill B. Bradley, 45 of Paducah, KY.

Charges:

* Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
* Possession of Marijuana
* Possession of Cont. Sub. 1st Degree (Methamphetamine) (Firearm
