
Nelda C. Brack of Kevil, Kentucky formerly of Wickliffe, Kentucky passed away at her home on Saturday, October 29, 2022.
Nelda was born in Louisville, Kentucky on November 6, 1952 to the late Will Z. Cannon and Alice Jean Kirk Cannon. Nelda was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Wickliffe, Kentucky where for many years she played the piano and organ. In her spare time, she loved teaching piano and giving private lessons. Nelda had a career as a speech therapist where her patients had all of her heart and devotion. If you didn’t find Nelda behind the keys of a piano or organ, you would find her alongside her family and her grandchildren, whom she loved deeply.
Nelda is survived by her daughter, Ritcha Brack Brown of Wickliffe, Kentucky; her son, Dax R. Brack (Ashley) of Kevil, Kentucky; her sister, Martine Joy Elfarrah (Mohammad) of Louisville, Kentucky; her brothers, Z’Thomas Cannon (Marsha) of Johnson City, Tennessee and Joseph Edward Cannon (Cathy) of Louisville, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Dakota Brown, Shayna Brown and Cannon Brack.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Will Z. Cannon and Alice Jean Kirk Cannon and one daughter, Rachel Brack.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe with Joel Elfarrah officiating. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Wickliffe.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service time of 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe.
