Mary Ann Simpson, 67, passed away on September 21st, 2022 at home in Benton, Kentucky.
Mary Ann was born in Paducah, Ky in 1955, the only daughter of Robert G. Travis, Sr., and Annis Estes Travis. She loved animals, enjoyed nature, collecting recipes, sewing, and reading. Mary Ann is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Robert M Simpson Sr, her father Robert Travis, and stepson Ralph Simpson.
Mary Ann is survived by her mother Annis Travis, and brother, Robert Travis, Jr., both of Benton, Ky, one stepson, Robert “Tom” Simpson, of Paducah, Ky, two sons, Thomas Simpson of California, and Robert “Bobby” Simpson Jr., of Arizona, as well as her daughter Tammy Price of Arizona. She was also blessed with 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
It is Mary Ann’s wish to be cremated and her ashes laid to rest alongside those of her husband in Casa Grande, Arizona, where they resided for 24 years together. May she find mercy and peace in the arms of our Lord.
