Mrs. Rhonda Garland Hobbs, age 62, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Mayfield, KY and a retired employee of Lowe’s.
Mrs. Hobbs is survived by two sons, Greg (Theresa) Hobbs of Hickory, KY and John (Sarah) Hobbs of Mayfield, KY; one brother, Billy Wayne (Desiree) Garland of Princeton, KY; one sister, Debra (Timothy) Wallis of Lynnville, KY; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Hobbs; one brother, David Garland; and her parents, Bobby Garland and Bettye Pease Garland.
Funeral services for Mrs. Rhonda Garland Hobbs will be 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Bruce Mason will officiate. Interment will follow at Trinity Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bubba Hendley, Jessie Holder, Mark Buck, Ricky McCombs, Richard Riley and Bruce Mason. Joey Shelton will serve as honorary pallbearer.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022 at the funeral home.
