Mr. Gary “Roe” Langston, age 73, of Mayfield passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He was of the Baptist faith and a retired truck driver and mechanic.
Mr. Langston is survived by one son, Gary (Mabrey) Langston of Mayfield, KY; two daughters, Lisa Williams of Wingo, KY and Leah Langston of Mayfield, KY; two brothers, David Langston of Mayfield, KY and Randy (Darla) Langston of Hickory, KY; three sisters, Janie (Pete) Williams, Marie French and Robbie Waggoner all of Mayfield, KY; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, James Langston, Rick Langston, Bobby Langston and Billy Joe Langston; three sisters, Ann Terry, Sue Pugh and Lanie Hodge; and his parents, J. R. and Montain Sanderson Langston.
Funeral services for Mr. Gary “Roe” Langston will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Marshall Ivey will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the funeral home.
