Brenda was born in Bardwell on June 20, 1952 to the late James and Dathel Webb. She worked as an office manager for Vegan Metals. Brenda enjoyed spending time traveling to the mountains and fishing with her husband, Gary. She loved her granddaughters and great-grandkids dearly. Brenda was a long-time member of Beech Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her two sons, Nathan Higgins, wife, Tammy of Kevil and James Thomas Higgins of Bardwell; two sisters, Shirley Boswell of Cunningham and Nancy Brown, husband, Kenny of Bardwell; two grandchildren, Kallie Wring of Kevil and Katie Herod of LaCenter; two great-grandchildren, Sawyer Wring of Kevil and Wyatt Zvernia of LaCenter.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Gary Higgins; one brother, James Cleveland and her parents.
A funeral service for Brenda will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with Bro. Rhea Bowles officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM service time on Friday, September 2, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell.
