Mr. David was a native of Coamo, Puerto Rico born on September 29th, 1929 to the late Raymon Febus and Hipolita David. He was a retired machinist with Binks Manufacturing. Mr. David was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Nimmo) David; one son, Mitchell David of Benton, Kentucky; four daughters, Rosa David of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Patricia Tate of Chicago, Illinois, Elisa David, and Angela Bronson both of Benton, Kentucky; 11 grandchildren, Sarah Frizzell, Michael Tate, Drew David, Vincent Freemon, Kurtis Tate, Iris Tate, Molly David, Ivy Bronson, Caleb Bronson, Javier Nieves, and Precious David; and four great-grandchildren, Braylen Freemon, Londyn Freeman, Chevie Frizzell, and Beau Frizzell.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 28th, 2022 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West Fifth Street, Benton, Kentucky. Bro. Joel Frizzell will officiate with interment to follow in Haymes Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 28th, 2022 at the funeral home.
