Delmon E. Casey, age 78, of Paducah passed away at 8:40 p.m. Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Delmon was a member of Southland Baptist Church and a retiree of ICG Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #127. Delmon enjoyed fishing, camping at the ICG Campsite and vegetable garden. Delmon loved his family and his dog “Jake” who spent many hours in his lap.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Mary Ann Byrd Casey; two daughters, Sherry Jones and husband Darrell, Cindy Casey, both of Paducah; one son, Randy Casey and wife, Susan of Mt. Vernon, KY; three grandchildren, Heather Rushing, Jessica (Ben) Nanney and Chad Whitis; three great- grandchildren, Carly Rushing, Kinslaea Whitis and Charlotte Nanney; one sister-in-law, Peggy Harper and husband, Kenneth, of Paducah; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death was parents: Gerald Casey and Bessie Aldrich Casey; one sister, Barbara Fancher; one brother, Robert Casey.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr with Rev. Jimmy Franks and Darrell Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 22, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Masonic rites at 7:00 p.m.
