The Lady Marshals improve to 5-0 with Thursday 7-0 shutout over Calloway County. It was their third shutout of the season and fifth straight over the Lady Lakers who they have beaten in the last eight games the two teams have played.
The score was 2-0 at halftime. The first goal scored by junior Karsyn Serpico and the second from junior Anna Robertson with the assist going to Presley Gallimore.
The first of five second half goals were scored by Robertson off an assist by Janie Pagel, Zoe Maxlow and Kelsey Crass. Robertson earned the hat trick with her third goal of the night and the seventh goal came from Pagel with the assist by Mia Teague.
Goalkeepers, Parker Perry and Phoebe Ramsey, each had two saves.
Robertson now has eight goals over the first five games.
Their next game is a JV/Varsity contest at Henderson County starting at 5:30.
