On August 8th, 2022 at approximately 11:52 P.M., Deputies received a call in reference to a suspicious vehicle on Hines Road.
Deputies located a male on a motorcycle parked in the middle of Hines Road. Deputies identified the driver as Terry D Foulks. Upon further investigation, deputies located a firearm, a small baggie containing Methamphetamine, a small baggie of Marijuana, and several items of drug paraphernalia.
Terry D Foulks was arrested and transported to the McCracken Regional Jail.

- Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon
- Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine)
