On July 7th 2022 at 3:36 P.M. deputies were dispatched to Interstate 24 West near the 1 mile-marker for a two vehicle collision without injuries.
During the collision investigation one of the drivers was identified as Bodhi Mason from Metropolis Illinois. Deputies discovered Bodhi Mason was in possession of Marijuana and Methamphetamine. Bodhi Mason was arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
Arrested and charges:
Bodhi Lewis Mason, 30 years old from Metropolis Illinois.
Possession of drug paraphernalia.
Possession of Marijuana.
Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine).
