Paducah Man Charged With Drug Trafficking

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Paducah man on Tuesday morning on numerous drug offenses following a drug investigation.

On 05/31/2022 at approximately 11:00 AM, detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office and officers with the Kentucky Department of Probation and Parole conducted an investigation and home search at 2921 Virginia Street in Paducah. Two people were present during the home search. During the search, detectives and probation officers located and seized more than 90 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, Suboxone strips, Morphine pills, and a loaded handgun.

Detectives arrested 34 year old Justin Baldwin and charged him in connection with the illegal drugs. Baldwin was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

Baldwin has an extensive criminal history with at least three prior convictions for trafficking in Methamphetamine and was on parole at that time of this new arrest.

The other individual at the residence has not been charged at this time. The investigation is continuing.

Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine 2nd or subsequent offense,  possession of Suboxone, possession of Morphine, and possession drug paraphernalia
