Rev. Richard “Rick” Brantley, 66, of Paducah, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Rick was born in Paducah on September 8, 1955 to the late David and Charlene Brantley. He retired from Walmart after 25 years. Rick was a member of East Baptist Church. He served in several Southern Baptist churches in Western Kentucky as the minister of music and youth. He loved singing and more than anything, he loved the Lord.
He is survived by his sister, Nancy Brantley of Paducah; aunt, Bessie Ross; uncle, Bill Kinsey, and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Brantley; mother, Charlene Kinsey Brantley and sister, Karen Brantley.
A funeral service for Rick will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. Don Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
