An Illinois man was arrested after he assaulted and robbed another man Thursday evening in downtown Paducah.
Police were called at 6:26 p.m. when a man reported another man rode up on a bicycle, assaulted him and took his clothing and prescription medication. Det. Casey Steenbergen began an investigation and confirmed Joseph D. Grissom was the suspect.
Grissom was arrested on a charge of second-degree robbery and booked into McCracken County Regional Jail.
