Alyssa was born April 30, 1993, in Murray, KY to the late Johnny Kent Travis and Catherine Michele Chambers of Murray, KY. She was a caregiver with Caring Hands Home Care.
Alyssa is survived by her children, Brayden Keith Chambers, Amiya Faith Chambers, Kingston Lee Chambers, Armani Cash Chambers and Knotica Moon Chambers all of Murray, KY, brother, Joshua Keith Chambers of Woodstock, GA, half-brothers, Quency Wilson, Stephfano Sanders, Shane Lewis and Kenneth Wilson. Also surviving are her aunt, Sherri Dawn Colson, husband Terry Lynn of Murray, KY, cousins, Amber Dawn Jones of Murray, KY, Shawn Allen Dean Jones, wife Yolanda, Paris Mae Jones and Lily Raine Jones all of Murray, KY.
She was preceded in death father.
A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, May 14, 2022, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home, 713 S. 4th St., Murray, KY 42071.
