
Norma Jean Steele Quillen, 80, of Clinton, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
Norma was born in Water Valley, Kentucky on May 27, 1941 to the late Deward and Stella Harris Steele. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Clinton. Norma was a home body who loved to spend her time entertaining family and friends. In her younger days, Norma loved to go dancing with her husband at the Mayfield American Legion.
Norma is survived by her two sons, James “Junior” Quillen and Eddie (Martha) Quillen, both of Clinton; one brother, Jimmy Steele of Mesquite, Texas; and her grandson, Anthony Quillen of Clinton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Quillen; twin infant sisters, Mary and Martha Steele; and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Second Baptist Church of Clinton with Bro. Dustin Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in Burkley Cemetery. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the service time of 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Second Baptist Church of Clinton.
