While conducting the investigation K-9 Conor and his handler arrived and conducted an open air sniff of the vehicle. K-9 Conor alerted to the vehicle. As a result, numerous illegal drugs to include methamphetamine and controlled substance prescriptions were located in the vehicle. Paraphernalia and other items were also located consistent with the sales and distribution of illegal drugs. As a result of this investigation Shawn Davis of Hardin was arrested and charged with 3 counts of Trafficking Controlled substance 1st degree, Trafficking controlled Substance 3rd degree, Drug Paraphernalia, Prescription Controlled Substance not in proper container along with traffic related offenses. Davis was booked into the Marshall County Detention Center
