Fabian Carlos Thomas 32 years old of Mayfield, was staying at a local motel in Marshall due to being displaced by the tornado. He was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree (second or greater offense), trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree second offense (Carfentanial), trafficking in marijuana second or greater offense, trafficking in synthetic drugs 1st offense, and driving infractions.
