
On 4/15/2022 at 7:09 PM, deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a residence in the Lovelaceville Road area of Paducah, KY. Deputies were advised by E-911 dispatch that the caller had stated she had stabbed a man in her residence and ran outside.
On arrival, deputies were met with a 31 year old male with a stab wound to his left abdomen area. He was holding a towel over his wound as Deputy Tyler Davis arrived to his aid. Deputy Davis was able to bandage his wound and care for him until Mercy EMS arrived on scene.
Deputies were immediately met outside by the female who stated she had stabbed the male. That female was identified as 25 year old Delandra Stubblefield, a resident of Paducah, KY.
Deputies investigated the scene and learned that an altercation had ensued between Stubblefield and the male and Stubblefield had stabbed the male, causing physical injury.
The male was transported to a local hospital by Mercy EMS for non-incapacitating injuries.
Delandra Stubblefield was charged with Assault 2nd, Domestic Violence and taken to McCracken County Regional Jail. A picture can be obtained from the McCracken County Jail website.
