The following people were arrested/charged by the Calvert City Police Department:
Peter John Sitchanoff, 32, of 2661 State Route 464, Mayfield was arrested on April 05, 2022 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. He was also served a Graves County Indictment Warrant for burglary 3rd degree, possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree (drug unspecified), possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree (drug unspecified), and prescription controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense.
Terence David Spindler, 54, of 2917 Gilbertsville Highway, Calvert City was arrested on April 08, 2022 for operating on a suspended or revoked operators license. He was also charged with failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, failure to notify address change to department of transportation, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robert Steven Engleman, 71, of 409 West 9th Street, Benton was arrested on April 08, 2022 on a Graves County Indictment Warrant for proc or prom use of minor by electronic means and distribution of obscene matter to minors 1st offense. He was also served a Marshall County Warrant for probation violation (for felony offense).
Jerry Don Battoe, 58, of 1301 North 13th Street, Apt. #E3, Paducah was arrested on April 08, 2022 for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine). He was also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense. He was also served two Muhlenberg County Warrants for failure to appear.
