On April 9th at approximately 8:00pm, Deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Benton Rd. in the Reidland area. The vehicle was a 2003 Toyota passenger car driven by 32-year-old Danielle R. Helton of Mounds, IL. The vehicle was also occupied by 20-year-old Bobby W. Brisentine and 49-year-old Jeffrey T. Sexton.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Helton, Brisentine, and Sexton was in possession of a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and several items related to Drug Paraphernalia.

While enroute to the jail, it was learned that Helton had hidden illegal drugs on her person in an attempt to keep Deputies from finding it.
