April 5, 2022 Drug Arrest on Traffic Stop

On Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at approximately 12:20 AM, Deputy Tyler Crane conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 45 North, between Mayfield and Hickory. Deputy Crane developed probable cause to search he vehicle during the traffic stop. As a results of the search, Deputy Crane located methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The operator, Juan Antonio Hernandez-Moya, 26 of Murray, was determined to not have a valid operator’s license. He was arrested for the following charges and lodged in the Warren County Jail. Deputy Crane was assisted on the scene by Deputy Ben Doran.
1 – Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense – Methamphetamine
2 – Possession of Marijuana
3 – Drug Paraphernalia – Possession
4 – No Operator’s License
5 – Traffic Charges
