Suspicious Vehicle Leads to Drug Trafficking Charge

(4/5/2022) On April 5th at approximately 9:21pm, Deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office investigated a suspicious vehicle parked at Cains Storage Facility located on Bridge St.  The vehicle was a 2005 Dodge Van driven by 44-year-old James D. Paluski of Paducah, KY.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Paluski was in possession of a quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and numerous items related to Drug Paraphernalia.

Paluski was in possession of over $600.00 in cash, digital weight scales, and numerous new/unused baggies. The items seized during this investigation is consistent with Trafficking Drugs.

Paluski was arrested and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail.
