The following people were arrested/charged by the Calvert City Police Department:
Nikala B. Mize, 28, of 56 Houser Road, Benton was arrested on February 28, 2022 for public intoxication – controlled substances (excludes alcohol). She was also served a McCracken County Warrant for failure to appear.
Adam Tyler Brien, 36, of 502 West 14th Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on March 03, 2022 on a Marshall County Warrant for harassing communications.
Joseph L. Aycock, 28, of 952 Dogwood Street, Calvert City was arrested on March 03, 2022 on a Marshall County Indictment Warrant for possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating on a suspended or revoked operators license. He was also served a McCracken County Warrant for failure to appear.
Beverly A. Dukes, 55, of 233 East A Avenue, Calvert City was arrested on March 04, 2022 on three Marshall County Warrants for failure to comply/enroll in home incarceration.
