Born September 5, 1954 to the late John and Lois (Mathis) Booker, Mrs. Willoughby was a homemaker and a member of Unity Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are son, Jason Willoughby, wife Megan of Hardin, KY; three sisters, Diane Richardson, husband James of Louisville, KY, Sheila Miller, husband Scott of La Junta, CO, and Lynette Gandy of Hardin, KY; one granddaughter, Leigha Willoughby; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lois (Mathis) Booker; husband, Larry Dale Willoughby; three brothers, James Booker, Jerry Booker and Johnny L. Booker; and four sisters, Tenia Fay Ellis, Lugene Bogard, Anna Mae Booker, and Linda Booker.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West Fifth Street, Benton, KY. Rev. Wayne Hopkins will officiate with interment to follow at Unity Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 at the funeral home.
