Billy O. Harris, 50, of Fulton, KY, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Baptist Health Paducah. Billy attended Hickman County High School and was of the Christian faith. He had a quiet personality and loved to be on the water.
Memorial services will be held Friday, February 18, 2022, at 12:00 pm at Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home in Paducah. Visitation will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.
Billy is survived by his parents, Paul and Curtistine Wilson of Fulton, KY; a special friend, Cindy Seavers and her grandchildren, Joshua and Corey Seavers; his maternal grandfather, James Harris of Somerville, TN; one brother, Wesley Andre Harris (Delisha) of Mayfield, KY; four step-sisters, Lashonda Walker (Robert) of Jacksonville, NC, Shea Holland (Shaun) of Paducah, Paula Denson (Chris) of Paducah, and Ashley Bourgeois of Atlanta, GA; four Aunts, Sheila Santiago (Manny) of FL, Lula Johnson of Clinton, KY, Debra Seay of Somerville, TN, and Linda Burrow of Madisonville, KY; cousins, Willie Brooks of Fulton, KY and Joyland Brooks of Mayfield, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his step-sister, Natasha Wilson.
