He was the son of the late Sherman Willoughby and the late Mary Elizabeth (Clark) Willoughby. He was also preceded in death by three brothers: John, Thomas, and Jimmy Willoughby; and two sisters: Annie Henderson and Myrtle Willoughby.
He is survived by his wife: Sherry (Booker) Willoughby of Hardin, KY; one son: Jason Willoughby and wife Megan of Hardin, KY; one brother: Don Willoughby of Benton, KY; three sisters: Marcella Robertson of OH, Fronie Willoughby of Hardin, KY, and Annie Henderson of Benton, KY; and one grandchild: Leigha Willoughby.
Arrangements are being handled by Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, February 14, 2022. Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 15, 2022, with Rev. Wayne Hopkins officiating. Interment will be at Unity Cemetery, Hardin, KY.
