South Marshall Middle girls’ basketball team won the 4th District Tournament over Calloway County 46-16. After trailing by nine points in the first half, the team rallied to outscore the Lady Lakers 35-17 in the second half.
This season, the Lady Marshals won championships in the Christian County Tournament and McCracken County Tournament and finished with a record of 30-1. The team is coached by Doug Lyles and Mackenzie Harper.
