Edith Annette Bone, 86, of Arlington, passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Countryside Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bardwell.
Edith was born in Arlington on February 13, 1935 to the late Ruby Thomas and Edith Ruby Holder Bone. She was a member of Arlington First Baptist Church. Edith worked for many years at the Deena Lamp Factory. She was a legal receptionist for a law firm in Clinton in her later years.
Edith is survived by her nephews, Andre and Joseph Bone and her special friend, Chris Berryhill.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Marcella Allen; her brothers, Billie and Eugene Bone; a niece, Lucienne Carmichael; and her parents.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Elsey Cemetery in Bardwell. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington is in charge of arrangements.
