On November 3, 2021, I will file for Marshall County Coroner in the 2022 election. I am a native of Marshall County where I grew up and graduated from Marshall County High School in 2000. After graduating I joined the United States Marine Corps where I served in “Operations Iraqi Freedom” and “Operation Enduring Freedom” throughout multiple deployments. Later on, I was honored and had the privilege of serving as the Guard Chief for Presidential Retreat Camp David and protected President George W. Bush and the First Family. After serving 10 years in the military my family and I returned home to Marshall County. I currently work at Westlake Chemical as a Production Supervisor. For the last 10 years, I have served as a First Responder in Marshall County with the Marshall County Rescue Squad, Palma-Briensburg Fire Department and Gilbertsville Fire Department, volunteering in many different positions. In addition, I have served the public by being a search and recovery diver for Marshall County. In 2019, I was asked to join the Marshall County Coroner’s Office, and I was sent to the Coroner Basic Training Academy class in 2020. Since then I have been serving as a Deputy Coroner for Marshall County.
As you can see from my past and present experience I feel I have the Knowledge and ability to fill the position as your elected Marshall County Coroner. As your Coroner I pledge to lead the Marshall County Coroner Office with professionalism, integrity, and empathy alongside a dedicated group of deputies that provide the highest quality of care to the residents of Marshall County. We will ensure that the dignity of each person is honored, that their survivors are respected, and that the law is followed. We will work closely with the public in prevention and education while maintaining the highest level of standards within our office. I look forward to serving the Citizens of Marshall County as your Coroner.
