Billy L. Bivens of Hickory, KY, age 73, passed away on August 31st, 2021. In his life, Billy worked on assembling train engines in NY, and was also a retired police officer from Etowah, TN. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on guns.
Billy is survived by his wife, Betty Mae Bivens; his stepchildren, Bob Vermast and Dawn Beasley; three grandchildren, Taylor Vermast, Chase Beasley, and Briar Lynn; two great grandchildren, Braxton Travis and Jaxson Sierra; and several nieces and nephews.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, William W. Bivens and Arretta Bivens; 2 brothers, and 3 sisters.
