Mrs. Betty Kell, 78, of Hazel passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Mayfield Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Betty was born April 27, 1943 in Puryear, TN to Ralph and Beatrice Compton Blakely. She was a member of Hazel Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Kell of Hazel; a brother, Ralph Wayne Blakely (Carol) of Dallas, TX and a sister, Judith Osbron of Paris, TN.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by two brothers, Ben Keys Blakely, Jr. and Henry Miller Blakely.
The family will receive visitors from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Hazel Baptist Church, 215 Gilbert Street, Hazel, KY 42049.
The funeral service is set for 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 7, 2021 Hazel Baptist Church with Jordan Roach officiating. Burial will follow at the Hazel Cemetery.
