Miss Elizabeth “Betsy” Barnes, age 38, of Murray, formerly of Mayfield, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Livingston County Hospital in Salem, Ky.
Miss Barnes was a lifetime member of Mayfield First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Carol Gaddie Barnes of Mayfield, KY; two brothers, Hal Barnes of Memphis, TN and Harvey (Leah) Barnes of Louisville, KY; one sister, Sherrie Barnes of Union City, TN; three nieces; and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Barnes.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Byrn Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joey Reed officiating.
Interment will follow at the Camp Beauregard Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at Byrn Funeral Home.
