Brett David Roberts, 40, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at his residence.
Brett was of the Christian faith. He was an internet sports writer. His favorite hobby was basketball card collecting and chatting with his online friends. Brett loved sports especially basketball and the Orlando Magic. His favorite basketball players were, Larry Bird and Shaquille O’Neal and Kobe Bryant.
Brett is survived by his soulmate of 9 years, Aubrey Mae Durbin of Hopkinsville; a son, Richard Anthony Roberts of Hopkinsville; his mother, Dorian Miklas Roberts of Titusville, Florida; a brother, Brian Roberts of Atlanta, Georgia; a sister, Selena Roberts of Titusville, Florida and several half siblings.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Roberts.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 2, 2021 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Zack Browning officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour of 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 2, 2021 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
