Part of Calvert City’s Sesquicentennial Celebration this weekend includes a Veterans’ Brunch at the Lakeland Event Center on highway 62 in Calvert. Chelsy Solomon with the event center appeared on WCBL’s Coffee Call program recently. She said the brunch will be Saturday morning, July 3rd from 9 until 11.
