Louis D. Cruse, age 62, of Paducah passed away at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Mercy Health Lourdes. Louis was a member of the Highland Cumberland Presbyterian Church and graduate of Lone Oak High School. Louis was a mechanic and construction worker having worked for Danny Cope Excavating Company. He enjoyed dirt car racing and fishing.
Survivors include one daughter, Angela Cruse Boutwell and husband, Josh; one son, Tony Cruse and wife, Mandy, both of Paducah; four sisters, Kaneeta Ann (Ken) Gould; Linda (Jeff) Modglin; Sue Hunt and Carol (Steve) Spraggs all of Paducah; five grandchildren, Ansleigh Boutwell, Chase Boutwell, Colton Boutwell, Abby Miller and Addy Cruse; one great-grandchild, Zoey Miller; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death were his parents; Melvin L. Cruse and Kaneeta Futrell Cruse and one brother, Jimmy Cruse.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2021 at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Martin officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
