Mr. David Allen Fraliex, aka “Butterball” also ” Red Bone”, age 74 of Benton, KY passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Lifecare of LaCenter, LaCenter, KY. He was a retired truck driver and worked for Jim Smith Contracting from 1978-2015.
Surviving are daughter, Peggy Cummings of Kevil, KY, brother, Ricky Crayne of Munster, IN, sisters, Judy (Crayne) Deemer of Hobart, IN and Dottie Sue (Fraliex) Hooks of Fredonia, KY.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Sharon Ruth (Waddell) Fraliex, his mother, Betty Jean (Fraliex) Crayne, and brother, Michael Crayne.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Rev. Jeremy Short will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Pythian Ridge Cemetery, Sturgis, KY.
Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025.
