Denise Anne Resser, age, 80 of Paducah, Ky passed away at 8:05 P.M. Friday, March 19, 2021 at Baptist Health Paducah. Denise was a native of Akron, Ohio and retired as a Teachers Aide with the Tallmadge, Ohio School System. Denise was a member of the St. Thomas More Catholic Church and loved working with Genealogy and African Violets. She loved family and being with her 13 grand children when they could visit.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, John Joseph “Jack” Resser; three daughters, Karen Elaine (Todd) Strawser, Strongville, OH, Julianne (Kenneth) Ryckeley, Centennial, CO, Allison Marie (Josh) Pryor, Lewisville, TX; three sons, Mark (Katherine) Dublin, OH, Dr. John Randall (Trina) Resser, Paducah, KY, Matthew Charles (Lisha) Resser, Plano, TX; thirteen grandchildren several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Charles Fields and Lena Cecilia May Fields; twin sisters, Margaret “Chubby” Begue and Mildred “Sister Mary Charles.”
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2021 at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Rev. Brad Whistle officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. There will be no public visitation.
