Mrs. Imogene Burkhart Lynch, age 90 of Benton, KY died on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at her home.
Born Monday, June 9, 1930 in Graves County, KY, she was the daughter of the late William Burkhart and the late Lena (Cunningham) Burkhart.
Surviving are sons, Lonnie Lynch, wife Carolyn of Benton, KY, Danny Lynch, of Benton, KY and James Ronald Lynch of Kevil, KY, daughter, Celina Jones, husband James of Benton, KY, grandchildren, Lisa Sutherland, Karen Good, Linda Hodgston, Lori Jones Cirrito, Melissa Cooper, William Lynch, Judy Jones, Kerry McCain, Kim Wright, and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 53 years, Buford J. Lynch, daughter, Kay Wilkerson, sisters, Judy Watson and Joyce Carol Burkhart, grandchild, Michael Burd, and daughters-in-law, Wanda Jean Lynch and Suzanne Lynch.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Burkhart Cemetery with Rev. Max Anderson officiating.
Visitation will be held between the hour of 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th Street, Benton, KY 42025.
